Role overview
Our Operations and Customer Experience teams are the backbone of HIVED’s delivery network. Depending on the role and location, opportunities may sit within the following teams:
- Customer Support
- Operations
- Network
- Depot
- Transport & Fleet
These roles play a critical part in ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and a smooth end-to-end delivery experience for both customers and retail partners.
What you might be involved in
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
- Supporting customers and partners with a high standard of service and problem-solving
- Coordinating daily operations, routes, or depot activity
- Working closely with drivers, transport, and operations teams
- Monitoring deliveries, resolving issues, and escalating where needed
- Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
- Contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment

Previous experience in logistics, operations, customer support, retail, transport, or coordination is beneficial but not always required.
