As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant Apprentice to join our team and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for a successful career in business administration.

What You'll Do
- Communicate professionally with colleagues, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders using email, telephone, face-to-face meetings, Microsoft Teams and other digital communication platforms.
- Support the planning and organisation of meetings, training sessions and company events, both in person and online.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring information is stored securely and can be easily retrieved when required.
- Use Microsoft Office and other business software to enter, update, process and extract information from company databases, CRM systems and internal records.
- Prepare, format and update business documents, reports, spreadsheets, presentations and correspondence to company standards.
- Process routine administrative information accurately, identifying and reporting any errors or concerns to your supervisor.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to different departments to help ensure work is completed on time, within agreed priorities and to a high standard.
- Order and monitor office supplies and assist with maintaining office resources.
- Gather, organise and securely share information from a variety of business systems while maintaining confidentiality and complying with GDPR requirements.
- Produce routine reports and documentation to support business operations and decision-making.
- Understand Hivebyte Technology's objectives and how the administration function supports the wider business.
- Recognise issues outside your level of responsibility and escalate them appropriately.
- Plan and prioritise your workload with support from your line manager to meet deadlines.
- Keep your knowledge and skills up to date through apprenticeship training, workplace learning and continuous professional development activities.
