Employment Type: Full-time
- As a Senior AI Scientist, you will be a core architect in building out new ways to develop and scale our unique platform intelligence. You will build prototypes, move quickly, but be ready to scale and productionise once breakthroughs are made into our commercial product suite.
- You will constantly need to be at the cutting edge as we plug and play the latest AI capabilities into our core platform.
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

- 3–5+ years of experience in data science or applied ML / DL, ideally within product development.
- Deep expertise in ML/DL techniques including transformers, embeddings, CNNs, RNNs, GANs, BERT/GPT, RL, GNNs, GraphAI and causal inference.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, simulation models, knowledge graphs, and multi-modal data fusion.
- Hands-on experience with building GPTs / Agents and agentic workflows.
- Strong engineering / ML engineering instincts / hands-on experience of deploying models to production environments—you’re comfortable pushing to prod, not just notebooks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake), containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud-native ML workflows, including AWS Sagemaker, Lambda, ECS, and containerisation with Docker.
- Familiarity with frontend collaboration—how your model outputs can drive dynamic UIs, content personalization, or editor tools.
- Comfort in “hacking” prototypes while planning toward scalable solutions.
Overall Work Experience & Additional Details: You may have come from a research lab or from a startup where you wore every hat. You are fluent in both theory and implementation, and you get a thrill out of connecting ML / DL research to real-world product needs.
