As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in delivering sustainable growth by developing strong community connections and generating new business opportunities. You’ll balance strategic relationship building with hands-on business development, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes across lending, deposits, and customer engagement.
