Lead a high-performing branch cluster, develop your leadership capability and be part of a customer-owned bank committed to supporting regional communities.
We are seeking a Branch Leader to lead our Tamworth, Manilla and Walcha branch cluster for a 12-month period.
This opportunity may suit an external applicant seeking a fixed term role, or an existing Regional Australia Bank employee interested in a secondment.
Remuneration starts from $90k total remuneration package, inclusive of superannuation and leave loading, with the final offer to be based on skills and experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, building capability and creating positive customer experiences.
Formal leadership experience is valuable, but natural leadership aptitude, confidence and a genuine interest in supporting others are just as important.
You’ll be hands-on when needed, but your key focus will be leading with presence — coaching your team, supporting performance and helping resolve customer or employee matters constructively.
