Hive Mind Speaks is a civic arts organisation using public art installations to influence policy, through citizen‑led deliberation and independent national referendums. Our Community Development Lead will build relationships, trust and participation across the communities we engage.

- Building relationships with grassroots groups, mutual networks, cultural hubs and community leaders in key areas across the UK
- Supporting issue‑framing with real community input
- Helping design and facilitate inclusive engagement in our deliberation and referendum processes
- Championing accessibility in all public‑facing activity
- Coordinating community‑led initiatives arising from our projects
- Feeding insights back to our team to help shape policy influence strategy
