We work closely with businesses to develop and implement Automation & AI solutions and processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness, using a collaborative approach. We help to demystify AI technology, focus on what it can do well, and leverage advanced automations everywhere else. We show our Clients how to take advantage of existing tools and technologies in a way that actually helps and moves the needle, without writing any code or hiring engineering teams. Tasks
- You will support our Partner Companies hands-on in designing and building no-code Automation and AI solutions, aiming to minimize dependency on engineering teams.
- Your focus is on solving real business challenges and approaching AI from an operational perspective, optimizing for the best business outcomes and creating maximum value.
- You will influence the culture of our Partner’s organizations by transferring know-how and facilitating collaborative ideation.
- This is an early-stage role, ideal for someone who enjoys shaping and refining the core aspects of the company: strategy, products, and implementation.
- As one of the first 10-12 employees supporting the Founding Team, you will operate independently and be hands-on, playing a crucial role in the long-term success of the business.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with modern, no-code tooling for Automation and AI, such as n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenRouter, Clay, BrowseAI, ScrapeDo, Firecrawl, Sales Intelligence platforms like Apollo, Zoominfo, CRMs (both new and established), Customer Support tools, etc. is an absolute must.
- Operational expertise in implementing multiple AI models/LLMs programmatically within processes and workflows via APIs.
- General IT experience and expertise, especially with process automations and a creative approach to using technology, are highly valued.
- Willingness to support our sales and BD Lead in pitching and creating proposals for customers, ensuring confidence in our abilities and fostering strong relationships.
- Excellent communication skills are crucial for transferring know-how and advising our Partner Companies in a structured, logical, and concise manner.
