Hive is the Insider North West Property Consultancy of the Year 2026. We advise on town planning, development surveying and socio-economics across the UK, specialising in large-scale residential-led regeneration and new settlements. We've grown to 11 people since 2018 — and we're scaling fast, with 3–4 hires planned in 2026.

What we're looking for:
- Min. 3 years post-qualification experience
- Demonstrable residential development experience
- Surveying / Planning / Housing degree (RICS or RTPI accredited preferred)
- Strong written, verbal and analytical skills
- Confident running workstreams and managing client relationships
- Entrepreneurial, solution-focused, collaborative
At Associate level and above, we'll also want to see a track record of leading projects end-to-end, mentoring junior colleagues and managing larger teams.
Location: Based anywhere within sensible commuting distance of Manchester (NW, North Wales, Yorkshire, North Midlands), or willing to relocate. Project work is UK-wide.
