We are looking for someone who can do full time (37.5 hours per week) or a minimum of 25 hours per week across 5 days.

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join us.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be partnering with business owners or in‑house HR professionals to provide outsourced HR support.

This support can range from advice and guidance on all employee issues, leading HR projects, employee relations casework, designing and delivering tailored management training, restructuring and redundancy support as well as recruitment and employee benefit reviews.

You will have your own portfolio of clients, giving you the opportunity to develop meaningful and trusted relationships, tailored to each client's needs and goals.

You will have a strong generalist background, used to working in a fast‑paced environment, be a naturally driven person and you will be an agile thinker with the ability to adapt and switch client focus when necessary.

Skills and Experience

  • 5 years relevant experience
  • Minimum level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
  • Strong Employee Relations experience, where you have managed restructures, redundancies, TUPE, and disciplinary and grievance cases
  • Experience of designing and delivering management development workshops
  • Excellent employment law knowledge
  • Able to autonomously manage own caseload
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Pride in consistent and high levels of customer service
  • Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Office, and HR software experience
  • Able to work autonomously without direct supervision
  • Self‑motivated and an agile thinker - you could handle numerous clients in one day with varying needs
  • Must hold a UK driving licence and have your own car
