Hive HR Solutions is a family run business and the companies values are at the core of how we work with clients and also how we work together as a team.
Our values are Partnership, Tailored, Team, Respect and Creativity.

You will have your own portfolio of clients, giving you the opportunity to develop meaningful and trusted relationships, tailored to each client's needs and goals.
You will have a strong generalist background, used to working in a fast pace environment, be a naturally driven person and you will be an agile thinker with the ability to adapt and switch client focus when necessary.
Skills and Experience
- 5 years relevant experience
- Minimum level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
- Strong Employee Relations experience, where you have managed restructures, redundancies, TUPE, and disciplinary and grievance cases
- Experience of designing and delivering management development workshops
- Excellent employment law knowledge
- Able to autonomously manage own caseload
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Pride in consistent and high levels of customer service
- Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Office, and HR software experience
- Tech comfortable
- Able to work autonomously without direct supervision
- Self-motivated and an agile thinker - you could handle numerous clients in one day with varying needs
- Must hold a UK driving licence and have your own car
