We are looking for an experienced HR Adviser to join us.

As a HR Adviser, you will be integral to the team and to our clients and your key responsibilities will be:

  • Providing advice and guidance on employee issues
  • Take the lead on management of HR Systems
  • Ownership of the management of onboarding and off boarding of employees for clients
  • Development of tailored policies and procedures
  • Implementing tailored employment contracts and handbooks
  • Creating tailored letters
  • Recruitment support for clients including preparing job adverts, telephone screening and managing candidates through an applicant tracking system
  • Supporting the HR Business Partners with employee relation casework including producing invites and outcome letters
  • Supporting the HR Business Partners with project work
  • Writing informative blogs and our client newsletter

Skills and Experience

  • 3 years relevant HR experience
  • Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
  • Evidence of working within a Human Resources function, delivering full HR lifecycle administration and advice
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of advising and guiding line managers on informal HR processes
  • Ability to balance operating autonomously and act with initiative and know when to escalate when cases require escalation
  • Good with people – great at building relationships
  • Customer service – emphasis on delivering excellent customer service, often exceeding customers’ expectations
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Word and Excel
  • Tech comfortable
  • Self-starter and an agile thinker - you could handle numerous clients in one day with varying needs
