The Recruitment Administrator will support with the functions of Hive Healthcare including responsibility for a broad range of reception, clerical and administration duties which facilitate the efficient operation of a busy office environment.

Salary £24,765 per annum

Hours of Work – 37.5

Monday – Thursday 9am – 5.15pm

Friday 9am-4pm

Permanent Role

Essential Criteria

· GCSE English & Maths Grade A-C or equivalent

· Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in an office or administrative environment

· Experience of dealing with customers and stakeholders both face-to-face and by telephone

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal skills, displaying professional manner at all times

· Proficient in use of Microsoft Applications, including Word, Excel etc

Desirable Criteria

· NVQ Level 2 Administration or equivalent

· Experience working within a recruitment environment

· Understanding of the needs of vulnerable groups within health and social care

· Use and knowledge of social media platforms

Key Responsibilites

· Support recruitment team with onboarding of candidates

· Post job advertisements on job boards, social media

· Arrange for registration and tracking of applications

· Ensuring all documentation is up to date, following all internal policies and procedures

· Respond and communicate to relevant queries from candidates and stakeholders

· May include on call duties, as and when required

· Ensure efficient use of resources and replenishment when required

· All other administrative duties as required

· Flexibility required to fulfil the duties of the role to meet business need and/or undertaking of any other duties which may be deemed necessary for business development of Hive Healthcare
