About the Role: As a Finance Admin Assistant, you will support the Accounting Team by assisting both the Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in financial operations, enhance your accounting skills, and contribute to the smooth flow of financial processes within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Support: Assist in data entry, record‑keeping, and maintaining financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers. Help ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and filed according to company policies. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners regarding financial documentation and follow‑ups.
  • Accounts Payable (A/P) Support: Help document invoices from providers, as well as compile expense reports and reimbursement requests. Assist in preparing payment schedules and processing vendor payments.
  • Accounts Receivable (A/R) Support: Prepare invoices to clients and partners. Track and update customer payments, ensuring account records are accurate. Assist in reconciling customer accounts and following up on outstanding balances.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Help gather and organize financial records for audits and compliance requirements. Support month‑end and year‑end reporting by compiling necessary documentation. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications

  • At least a High School graduate
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payables processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and PH compliance.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
