Job Description:
Do you love fitness and helping people feel great?
Hitsona is a global fitness franchise and we are looking for bright, enthusiastic, qualified fitness instructors for our new Milton Keynes studio opening in July.
We’re looking for a genuine, energetic, and compassionate coach to join our friendly team and community. You must be reliable, upbeat and friendly with a genuine passion for helping people change their lives. Someone who can lift people’s confidence and deliver an amazing member experience for a small class of up to 10 people.
We are not a typical gym and specialise in delivering low-impact, small group HIIT sessions that are fully coach-led, using our specialist equipment and heart rate monitoring technology.
Most of our members are in their 40s to 60s and are returning to fitness after a long absence, injury or illness so it\’s important that we offer a tight and supportive community welcoming members of all ages and fitness levels.
Our sessions are on at various intervals throughout the day between 7am and 7.45pm. Hours are negotiable but you must have the flexibility to be involved on some mornings, some evenings and potentially some Saturdays, with scope for more hours as the studio grows and develops.
Duties
- Lead engaging 25-minute HIIT sessions (max 10 members per session)
- Tailor exercises to suit different ages, abilities, and injuries
- Create an uplifting environment that feels like personal training in a group setting
- Build rapport and accountability with members through encouragement, not intimidation
- Get involved in member events, challenges, and community walks
- Help to promote our studio through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global fitness franchise and help develop a new fitness studio. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a full-time or leadership position.
If you are enthusiastic about helping others achieve their fitness goals and changing lives in a positive way, we\’d love to hear from you!
Pay: £15 per hour
Requirements
- Qualified as a level 2 Gym Instructor or level 3 Personal Trainer
- Confident in teaching small groups
- Comfortable coaching adults aged 40–70+ with varying levels of ability
- Able to adapt sessions to individual needs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate clients effectively
- Interested in lifestyle transformation, not just short-term fitness
- A passion for helping people transform their confidence and lifestyle
- A basic understanding of using social media platforms to promote business growth
- Free on-site parking
- Flexible hours
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time or leadership position.
