- Pick and collate orders for customers from customer order sheets
- Accurately record information onto the customer order sheets
- Pick orders efficiently & within required targets
- Pack meat using vacuum packing machine
- Recording weights and volume outputs
- Application of date labels and traceability labels to product
- Follow Company Policies, Procedures and Standards in the Company Quality System
- Follow Factory Personal Hygiene and Food Safety Regulations
- Help the relevant management in identifying solutions to any problems identified
- Report and help the relevant management concerning quality issues
