Your Role
- As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll own the entire recruitment cycle:
- Generating leads and new business wins – this is a sales role.
- Develop and build long‑term client partnerships in the Industrial sector.
- Source, screen and interview candidates.
- Hit KPIs and revenue targets while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and drive results.
