MAK Jobs is recruiting on behalf of our established client, a leading fulfilment provider specialising in premium e-commerce order processing for high-profile brands. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern, well-maintained facility supporting high-quality e-commerce operations for prestigious brands.
Location: Leamington Spa
Compensation: £12.30 per hour
Overtime: £18.45 per hour (rate increases after 12 weeks)
Hours: Monday and Tuesday, 08:00 - 17:00 (including a 1-hour unpaid break)
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using a hand scanner.
- Adhere to detailed picking instructions and packing guidelines to ensure orders are prepared correctly and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on items throughout the picking and packing process.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Undertake any additional general warehouse and housekeeping duties as required.
Requirements:
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, picking, packing, or similar roles.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
