Our client, a dynamic and fast‑paced operation in Northampton, is seeking a proactive Team Leader on a permanent basis.
Location: Northampton
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 14:00‑22:00
Salary: £14.15 per hour (Standard) | £20.73 per hour (Overtime)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of reworkers and co‑packers to achieve daily targets and maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with internal departments and external partners.
- Respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities in a high‑volume environment.
- Review and plan weekly work schedules, optimising headcount and resource allocation.
- Oversee staff deployment, manage return‑to‑work procedures and support disciplinary/investigation processes as required.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience within a similar fast‑paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using operational systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop and performance‑manage a team.
- Flexibility and resilience to adapt swiftly to operational changes.
