KeyResponsibilities
- Manageend-to-endpayrollfor300+employeesacrossmultiplepayrollcycles(weekly,fortnightly,monthlyandsalaried).
- ProcessallstatutorypaymentsincludingSSP,SMP,SPPandSAP.
- Maintainaccurateemployeerecords,includingstarters,leaversandcontractualupdates.
- Ensurepayrollisprocessedaccurately,ontimeandinlinewithcurrentlegislation.
- Managepayrolljournalsandsupportthemonth-endcloseprocess.
- Handleemployeeandmanagerpayrollqueriesprofessionally.
- LiaisewithHMRCandexternalbodieswhererequired.
- Ensurecompliancewithinternalpolicies,auditrequirementsandGDPR.
- Supportyear-endactivitiesincludingP60s,P11Dsandpayrollreporting.
- Continuouslyreviewandimprovepayrollprocesses.

- Confidentmanaginghigh-volume,multi-frequencypayroll.
- Knowledgeofmulti-companypayrollprocessing.
- Excellentattentiontodetailandhighlevelsofaccuracy.
- Strongcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytomanagesensitiveinformationconfidentially.
- Proficientwithpayrollsoftware,Excelandinternalsystems.
- Abletomanageworkloadindependentlyinaleanfinanceenvironment.
