We are supporting a private equity-backed service provider in Hull that is undergoing a significant business transformation programme, including operational change, systems improvement and major capital investment. As a result, they are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Finance Business Partner to support the leadership team through this next phase of growth.

This is a high-impact, commercially focused role working closely with senior stakeholders across operations, transformation and investment teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial business partnering across key operational and transformation workstreams
  • Build and deliver robust budgets, forecasts and performance reporting
  • Lead CAPEX appraisal, ROI modelling and investment cases
  • Support strategic decision-making through scenario modelling and insight
  • Challenge assumptions and drive improved commercial outcomes
  • Support process improvement and financial rigour across the business

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Proven interim experience in senior business partnering roles
  • Strong financial modelling, investment appraisal and CAPEX experience
  • Comfortable operating in PE-backed, fast-paced and transformational environments
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders and driving commercial decisions
