We are supporting a private equity-backed service provider in Hull that is undergoing a significant business transformation programme, including operational change, systems improvement and major capital investment. As a result, they are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Finance Business Partner to support the leadership team through this next phase of growth.
This is a high-impact, commercially focused role working closely with senior stakeholders across operations, transformation and investment teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial business partnering across key operational and transformation workstreams
- Build and deliver robust budgets, forecasts and performance reporting
- Lead CAPEX appraisal, ROI modelling and investment cases
- Support strategic decision-making through scenario modelling and insight
- Challenge assumptions and drive improved commercial outcomes
- Support process improvement and financial rigour across the business
Candidate Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Proven interim experience in senior business partnering roles
- Strong financial modelling, investment appraisal and CAPEX experience
- Comfortable operating in PE-backed, fast-paced and transformational environments
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders and driving commercial decisions
