A rapidly evolving group of businesses in Leeds is undergoing a major systems and process transformation, and weβre seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to provide stability, leadership, and hands-on support during a critical period.

This is a broad, all-encompassing FC role β ideal for someone who can operate at pace, bring structure, and take ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
\\n\\n
- \\n\\t
- Lead the finance function through a period of systems and process change.
- Full ownership of month-end close, management accounts and financial reporting.
- Oversee transactional finance, ensuring robust controls and timely delivery.
- Support systems transformation activity, contributing to process improvement and data integrity.
- Business partner across the group to drive performance, challenge assumptions and provide financial insight.
- Manage cash flow, balance sheet integrity, and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure the finance team remains aligned and effective during change.

The Ideal Candidate:

- \\n\\t
- A seasoned Financial Controller with experience in multi-entity or group environments.
- Strong technical grounding with the ability to βget under the hoodβ of the numbers.
- Proven ability to manage systems change, finance transformation or ERP transitions.
- Hands-on, detail-focused and able to maintain BAU delivery while improvement work is ongoing.
- Immediately available or on a short notice period.
