HW Finance are working with a Norwich based poultry business to recruit a Head of Finance. You will have overall responsibility for overseeing all financial activities across the business, ensuring strong financial control, strategic planning, operational efficiency, and strong leadership capabilities. Strong communication skills are a must as you will liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting – Prepare and analyse reports, providing insights to senior management. Oversee year-end reporting.
- Budgeting & Forecasting – Manage budgets and forecasts, tracking performance against targets.
- Cost Management – Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency.
- Leadership & Team Development – Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Risk Management – Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
