HW Finance are working with a highly acquisitive business who are recruiting for a Group Management Accountant to join a Leeds city centre based finance team with excellent development potential.

\\n\\n\\n\\n

About the Role: Working closely with the Group Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting decision-making, and helping drive process improvements across the group. If you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and enjoy business partnering with operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• Preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis)
\\n\\t
• Gross margin and commission cost reporting
\\n\\t
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
\\n\\t
• Processing payroll and reconciling related revenue
\\n\\t
• Financial KPI reporting including NFI and contractor margin
\\n\\t
• Assisting with board packs and stakeholder reporting
\\n\\t
• Driving improvements in financial processes and controls
\\n

\\n\\n

About You:

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• Part-qualified or qualified by experience (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, QBE or equivalent)
\\n\\t
• Previous experience in a management accounting role (professional services a plus)
\\n\\t
• Strong Excel skills and confident with finance systems (e.g. Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
\\n\\t
• Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
\\n
