HW Finance are proud to be partnering with a fast-growing, Private Equity Backed Services Provider to help appoint a new Group Financial Controller. This role will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, driving commercial performance, and supporting the next phase of growth. Reporting directly into the CFO, you'll sit at the heart of the organisation, leading financial operations while providing strategic insight to the Board and Executive team. You'll be responsible for ensuring robust financial control, high-quality reporting, and effective cash management, while helping the business scale sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and deliver the company's financial strategy, driving growth and long-term value
  • Provide clear, actionable financial insight to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team across reporting, controls, and operations
  • Oversee cash flow, capital management, and financial risk
  • Build strong relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate financial records and timely, high-quality reporting

Key Requirements:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in financial leadership roles, ideally within a high-growth or dynamic environment
