E-Billing Administrator – Hybrid | Leeds | Up to £26,000
I’m working with a highly respected international business in Leeds that is looking to add anE-Billing Administratorto their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional services environment where you\’ll gain exposure to global processes, work closely with senior stakeholders, and be part of a supportive, high performing team.
This role offershybrid working (2 days in the office)and a salary of up to£26,000, depending on experience.
The Role
Reporting into the E-Billing Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of various e-Billing platforms, supporting internal stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy across client billing and reconciliation processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end process of uploading clients onto relevant e-Billing platforms
- Maintaining e-Billing mailboxes and resolving queries in a timely manner
- Updating and maintaining client reconciliation reports
- Entering client accruals accurately and on time
- Providing high-level internal and external customer service
- Supporting the wider billing team and liaising with fee earners as required
About You
This role would suit someone with experience in a finance or billing environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting. Key requirements include:
- Experience within an accounts or billing department (legal billing experience is a plus, but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong IT skills and confidence using financial systems
- Proficiency with Excel and Word
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive, team-oriented and motivated to improve processes
- Experience in a multi-currency or shared service environment is desirable but not essential.
