Programme Manager - Cloud Transformation

Are you passionate about making a difference in healthcare through technology? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Programme Manager to join our team. With over 10 years of experience in leading complex digital transformation programmes, you'll have a proven track record of managing multi-functional teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations, with the delivery expertise to drive our cloud transformation programme. You'll need to be very hands-on in this role with the ability to troubleshoot and rectify any issues, as and when they arise, to keep the programme on track. With exemplary customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills, you’ll be adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, end users, and third parties to achieve your objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of cloud transformation programmes.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure successful programme execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define programme objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Oversee the integration of Azure technologies, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
• Manage multi-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with programme goals.
• Monitor and report on programme progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and regulations.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Over 10 years of experience in leading digital transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations.
• Extensive experience within healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of MS Azure technologies and their application in healthcare.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
