The Role:
The Senior Analyst will be a strategic partner within the Sales Operations Go-to-Market (GTM) team, providing essential support and operational leadership. This role will be pivotal in driving the efficiency, effectiveness, and success of the global sales operations function, which naturally involves working across multiple time zones to meet key deadlines.
What will your responsibilities be within Hitachi Vantara?
- Presentational Content Creation: Create compelling presentations and visual content to communicate insights and recommendations effectively. Simplify complex data and business challenges into clear, actionable decision-making options for senior leaders. Leverage storytelling techniques to articulate business performance, challenges, and opportunities in a structured and engaging format.
- Problem Analysis and Solution Development: Analyse intricate business problems and translate them into actionable solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to align on strategic priorities and present viable options to drive business growth. Design frameworks and models to evaluate key business scenarios and outcomes.
- Executive Decision-Making Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform high-level strategic decisions. Partner with leadership teams to support operational cadence, strategic reviews, and key decision-making forums. Ensure alignment between proposed solutions and organizational goals.
- Data Visualization and Insight Delivery: Develop dashboards, reports, and visual aids to support real-time decision-making. Use tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel to translate complex datasets into accessible and actionable insights.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve how insights are presented and consumed by senior stakeholders. Drive innovation in the creation and delivery of content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in roles requiring data-driven presentations and strategy formulation (e.g., sales operations, consulting, business operations).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
