Job description:
- Lead PLM strategy and advisory engagements, assessing current-state PLM capabilities, digital maturity, and enterprise engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, regulatory and service processes.
- Drive stakeholder workshops to define future-state PLM capabilities, operating model, and best-practice processes spanning engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service.
- Lead PLM platform evaluation and selection, comparing leading PLM platforms against business, functional, technical, and integration requirements.
- Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, governance, risk management, resource coordination, executive reporting, and client communications.
- Develop implementation roadmaps, business cases, TCO/ROI analyses, organization structures, governance models, and phased transformation plans.
- Provide executive advisory and pre-sales support by developing proposals, solution approaches, estimates, and client presentations for PLM transformation opportunities.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree with 15+ years of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) consulting experience, including large-scale PLM transformation programs, leadership of cross-functional teams, and at least one successful implementation of Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill.
