Core Responsibilities
- Product/Service Demonstration: Show potential customers how a product or service works, explaining features, benefits, and value propositions clearly.
- Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical knowledge to answer complex questions and build trust with existing and potential customers.
- Opportunity prospecting: Work collaboratively with aligned sellers to understand customer problems and challenges by asking insightful questions to uncover specific needs.
- Proposal Development: Create customized proposals outlining solutions, pricing, and timelines based on customer needs. Or support bid and tender responses.
- Quote development: Create budgetary and final quotes to support deal process.
