  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions to deliver consistent, insightful financial information.
  • Partner with the business to manage cost centres and actively partake in month end closing.
About you:

You are an experienced FP&A professional who thrives in a complex, global environment. You enjoy solving problems, challenging the status quo and using your initiative to identify opportunities for improvement.

You’ll bring:
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Experience being a trusted Finance Business Partner to stakeholders.
  • Significant FP&A experience, ideally gained within long-term project-based industries such as rail, infrastructure, engineering, construction, manufacturing or similar sectors.
  • Strong understanding of direct and indirect cash flow preparation, forecasting and analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge of the relationship between cash flow, working capital, balance sheet and profit & loss performance.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills with strong Excel capability.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality output in a changing environment.
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing decision-making through financial insight.
  • Experience operating within a global, matrix organisation, collaborating effectively across multiple stakeholders, functions and geographies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information for both finance and non-finance audiences.
