Overview
We are currently recruiting mechanically biased technicians to support overhaul and modification programmes on a modern rolling stock fleet.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out overhaul, strip-down and rebuild activities
- Perform heavy maintenance on rolling stock components
- Support modification and upgrade programmes
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults
- Work from technical drawings and maintenance instructions
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Accurately complete work records and documentation
Essential Requirements
- Rolling stock or heavy engineering experience
- Strong mechanical background
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering
