The HR Project & Transformation Lead will partner across the HR functions and Business Groups to deliver value-added services to management and employees. Reporting into the CHRO – Hitachi EMEA RHQ, the responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and drive projects that enhance networking opportunities and foster HR collaboration across Sectors and Business Units within the Region, including cross-regional collaboration among RHQ HR teams.
  • Assume responsibility as Project Lead and Project Manager in relation to collaboration activities across Groups.
  • Expand engagement with other Groups around internal mobility to attract and retain employees across the Region.
  • Work as the HR lead on projects as required.
  • Work closely with management and stakeholders to further enhance work relationships and collaboration across Groups in EMEA.
  • Promote the Hitachi Brand in EMEA, to attract and onboard top talent.
  • Provide regional enablement for legislative changes such as the EU Pay Directive.
  • Support education of Managers and employees around new landscape for Diversity.
  • Drive a ‘growth mindset’ culture within the Regional HQ and beyond.
  • Support line managers across the Region in leading and delivering change including restructuring, reorganization, integration, consultation, TUPE, redundancy, job redesign and redeployments.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues as needed.

You are an influential and energetic individual and have experience in leading and driving projects. You manage stakeholders with a pragmatic and collaborative approach. This role will be to align employee engagement with business drivers, delivering innovative and high-quality support aligned to both the Hitachi Global HR and Regional Business strategies.
