The opportunity

Hitachi Energy is looking for a Service Sales Manager to lead our Grid Integration Service business across the UK and Ireland. In this high-impact role, you will shape and execute the regional service sales strategy, helping customers maximize the performance, reliability, and lifespan of critical energy infrastructure. Your background

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in service sales, account management, or business development.
  • Background within energy, utilities, power systems, industrial, or critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating teams.
  • Knowledge of Grid Integration, HVDC, FACTS, renewable integration, or asset lifecycle management would be advantageous.
