The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead to manage the delivery of AI projects within one of the key global capabilities of our Strategic AI Delivery department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT/AI project delivery and excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of AI technologies and their application within one of the functional capability areas (e.g. Engineering / Finance / Marketing & Sales / Physical AI).
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI use cases and projects within the assigned capability area, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Use Case sponsors, DAAI Heads in the BUs or Global Functions, IT, and Data, Analytics & AI Teams, ensuring proper execution of use cases in scope.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
- Drive the creation of concise, strong Statements of Work and manage external vendors and partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Monitor project progress across the AI use case portfolio, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to multinational project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Your background
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Project/Delivery Manager, preferably delivering AI projects in major corporations.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Domain experience in either Engineering, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Physical AI is a strong plus.
- Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Technical knowledge of AI systems and solutions is a plus.
