The team
A high-performance team of specialists possessing in depth advanced knowledge of support Hitachi Vantara and File and Content solutions. Primarily a remote support team of subject matter experts responsible for delivering world-class support to our global customers and partners. Possessing in depth knowledge that enables them to resolve the most complex of issues, collaborating daily with teams across Hitachi Vantara including Hitachi engineering teams and our external partners.
The role
Day to day management of a highly performing team based in the EMEA region. This encompasses all aspects of practice management including staff supervision, development and planning to ensure delivery of the highest levels of support to our global customers whilst adhering to budgetary guidelines. We are looking for an inspirational manager to continue to build and drive a team of support professionals focused on our File and Content portfolio to ensure that we continue to meet our strategic objectives. A team dedicated to continuous improvement through coaching, development, knowledge sharing and strong mentorship. This manager needs to be a strong role model, always displaying the Hitachi core values, ethical at all times and diverse in their thinking and actions. The successful candidate will be a natural collaborator, adept at building strong and lasting relationships, bringing teams together to deliver the desired outcomes.
