Overview
Train Presentation Manager – London Bounds Green
Salary: £58,000 per annum + 12.5% shift allowance
Contract: Permanent • Working pattern: Days & Nights (50% nights, 50% days)
What you will do
- Produce, develop and support Train Presentation standards and processes across the Hitachi fleet and other customer fleets.
- Manage the Hitachi cleaning operation and support teams located in maintenance depots to fulfil all contractual requirements.
- Contract Management and Compliance with regards to all cleaning activities as required in the TSA Contract.
- Recruitment, setup and ongoing management of Hitachi train cleaning and support teams for all cleaning aspects.
- Procure and manage contracted cleaning activities for the Hitachi fleets as required.
- Plan materials and staff in line with cleaning requirements.
- Act as point of contract for consultation, allocation and disputes related to the train service as necessary.
- Ensure train presentation standards meet Train Services Agreement Cleaning KPIs.
- Control and monitor the use of cleaning materials and equipment, arranging repairs or renewal as needed.
