We are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Researcher / Digital Analyst for a key client project. The role involves data analysis for real‑time incidents, ensuring product escalations are managed to client expectations and customers are provided with timely acknowledgement and resolution within agreed SLA's. The candidate will be fluent in Dutch, both written and verbal, ideally A2/B1 certified, to keep the client’s Maps data current and up to date per real‑time demand.
Requirements:
- 0‑2 years of experience as Dutch Translator / Dutch Specialist
- Certified A2/B1 Dutch language proficiency
- Flexible with rotational shifts and week offs (365 days, 24/7 support)
- Work hours 9am to 6pm (40 hours per week) on a shift rota of 5 days a week, including weekends
