Supply Chain Management is a cornerstone of business success — it’s central to everything we do.

In this role, you will be instrumental in building the supply chain organization for Hitachi Energy’s Service Business Unit. This includes defining key deliverables, establishing an efficient organizational structure, and setting up collaboration agreements. A core pillar of our strategy is to elevate the Service Business Unit by leveraging advanced procurement processes, cutting-edge tools, and a team of highly skilled supply chain professionals. This strategic approach supports both organic and inorganic growth, enabling Service to scale rapidly and sustainably.

How you will make an impact

  • Make Safety, Integrity and Quality: the \"license to operate\"forour suppliers and partners by diligently driving awareness and compliance by improving processes, such as contractor/supplier qualification, tools, training and reporting.
  • Maximizing Competitiveness and Value Creation: securing favorable business terms from the supply base while complying with Hitachi Energy’s General Terms and Conditions.
  • Strengthening Resilience and Agility: removing supply chain bottlenecks and mitigating risks proactivelyby enhancing the ability to adapt, recover, and thrive in the face of adversity or change.
