Job Description:

• Ensure analysis and records of Project documents in bilingual (providing analysis, keeping records)




• Ensure the preparation of letters or reporting for the project in bilingual




• Ensure the management of routine supportive work such as payment application, meeting arrangements, obtaining approval and processing of seal procedure




• Ensure the support of administrative work such as gatherings, team building, business courtesies, IT support, vendor and procurement initiation, Require the following proficiencies: works independently with general supervision given from project director or SYL leaders and proficient in English.
