We are growing our Change Adoption and Learning team and looking for a Senior Learning Consultant to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family. This role will report to our Head of Change and Learning and will be responsible for translating learning and adoption strategies into practical, high-quality learning solutions for clients. The role combines hands-on learning design and delivery with consulting judgement, stakeholder influence, quality assurance, and the ability to adapt approaches to suit different client environments, project constraints and organisational cultures.

As an experienced Senior Learning Consultant, you’ll:

  • Provide specialist learning and adoption expertise across client projects, from Training Needs Analysis and curriculum design through to delivery, evaluation and impact assessment.
  • Translate learning and adoption strategies into practical delivery plans that support business readiness, user adoption and client outcomes.
  • Advise clients and project teams on learning approaches, delivery methods, learner engagement, adoption risks and governance requirements.
  • Design and develop accessible, user-centred blended learning solutions using appropriate tools, technologies and instructional design principles.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements, influence decisions and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Assure learning deliverables, manage delivery risks and support continuous improvement across learning methodologies, templates, tools and best practices.

As an experienced Senior Learning Consultant, you have:

  • 3+ years’ ERP training experience, preferably with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft applications such as F&O, CRM, Projects and SCM.
  • Experience delivering learning solutions for large-scale transformation programmes, including Training Needs Analysis, curriculum design and blended learning approaches.
  • Strong consulting judgement, with the ability to advise stakeholders, analyse needs, constructively challenge and shape practical learning recommendations.
  • Confidence working across multiple workstreams, priorities and client environments, including remote, hybrid and on-site delivery.
  • Experience managing learning risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, and reviewing deliverables for quality, accuracy and relevance.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management and written/verbal English communication skills.
  • A results-focused mindset, with sound business acumen and a clear understanding of how learning supports adoption, readiness and business outcomes.

Advantageous: confident use of AI tools, experience with Articulate, Camtasia or Lemon Learning, fluency in Spanish, French or German, TAP qualification or Microsoft Certified Trainer status.
