Job Description Become an integral member of the Hitachi Solutions Pre-Sales team and join a global leader in delivering innovative business solutions. We seek an experienced Dynamics 365 FinOps Pre-Sales Architect, preferably with retail, distribution, or manufacturing sector experience. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers. Key Responsibilities Work with the Hitachi Solutions’ Commercial Lead to qualify opportunities and define engagement strategies. Lead pre-sales technical and functional support activities, ensuring alignment with customer objectives. Coordinate with teams across Hitachi Solutions to develop solution visions for large and complex sales opportunities. Microsoft Expertise Provide expert advice on applying Microsoft technologies to customer business contexts. Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations of Microsoft capabilities. Act as an evangelist, helping customers and internal teams understand how Microsoft solutions can solve business challenges. Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers. Understand customer strategic objectives and challenges to develop relevant solutions. Leverage knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to craft solution visions. Knowledge Transfer and Collaboration Collaborate internally to develop compelling solutions aligned with customer needs and commercial estimates. Identify and document customer stories to showcase capabilities and successful deliveries. Ensure smooth transition of customer understanding from sales to delivery teams. Contribute insights to sales strategies and marketing activities. Proposal and Presentation Create high-quality bids and proposals. Deliver engaging customer presentations to communicate solutions and capabilities. Support marketing collateral development and marketing activities. Qualifications Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. Experience in pre-sales roles with excellent documentation and communication skills. Proven ability to develop creative solutions for complex business problems. Experience in preparing proposals, responses, and presentations. Solution Architect experience at the program level. Strong understanding of solution and integration design. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills.
