Job Description

This role will report into the Change, Adoption and Learning Practice and will support the delivery of change management activities across client transformation programmes.

The Change Consultant plays an important role in helping clients prepare for and adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.

Working alongside senior and lead consultants and project teams, you will contribute to the design and delivery of change, communication, stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities that help drive successful transformation outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their consulting career who is passionate about helping people through change and eager to develop their skills within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of change management activities in line with agreed project plans and methodology.
  • Assist with stakeholder analysis and maintaining stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Support change impact assessments by gathering information on process, system, role and organisational changes.
  • Create and maintain project communications, presentations, newsletters and engagement materials.
  • Coordinate and support workshops, focus groups and engagement sessions with client stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and execution of communication campaigns to build awareness and understanding of change initiatives.
  • Support business readiness activities, including surveys, readiness assessments and feedback collection.
  • Help maintain change action logs, risk registers and project trackers.
  • Support the delivery of training and learning activities, including scheduling, logistics and communications.
  • Capture feedback from users and stakeholders and provide insights to improve adoption activities.
  • Support hypercare activities and post-go-live adoption initiatives.
  • Contribute to project status reporting and preparation of client-facing deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, trainers and senior change consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years' experience in change management, business transformation, project delivery, learning, communications, HR, business analysis or a related discipline.
  • Understanding of organisational change principles and a willingness to develop change management expertise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to gather, analyse and present information clearly.
  • Comfortable producing high-quality Power Point presentations and client-facing materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Power Point, Word, Excel and Teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Experience working within project teams is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform or Microsoft Copilot programmes would be advantageous but not essential
