Job Description
We are growing our change management team and looking for a Lead Learning Consultant to join us on our exciting journey and join the Hitachi Solutions Europe family. This role will report to our Senior Learning Manager and deliver learning solutions to our clients.
As an experienced Learning Consultant, you have…
- Overseeing comprehensive client learning programs from design, development, and implementation.
- Prepare and deliver learning strategies based on our client’s needs.
- Develop and support the creation of the needs analysis, curriculum development, training delivery, and evaluation.
- Strategically aligning learning initiatives with business goals and leading a learning consultant team to achieve optimal results.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Support projects and project teams as the subject matter expert on learning specific areas.
- Design, develop and implement learning solutions considering instructional design and learning theories.
- Build rapport on projects with the relevant business team interfaces to facilitate learning development and delivery.
- Ensure learning delivery milestones during the project are managed to time, cost and quality.
- Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with subject matter experts and business teams to maintain agreed-upon standards and adapt materials where appropriate.
- Regular on-site client meetings to review training status, strategy, schedules, issues and mitigation measures jointly with the business.
- Liaise with the Project Manager(s) to ensure training deliverables and project milestones are aligned and met.
- Champion the Change Management Team and drive growth opportunities.
Qualifications
As an experienced Learning Consultant, you have…
- 5+ years of ERP training experience, preferably with Dynamics 365.
- A background in developing learning solutions on large scale, transformation projects including ERP systems implementations.
- Credible client-facing personality.
- Exhibits strong leadership abilities as a role model, partner and mentor to project teams and clients.
- Experience working with Digital Adoption Platforms and e-learning solutions.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
- Have an aptitude to adopt new technologies and processes easily.
- Interpersonal skills: strong presentation / communication / facilitation skills (oral and written).
- Relevant knowledge of learning and development methodologies.
- The ability to exhibit strong leadership skills as a role model, partner and mentor to project teams and clients.
- The ability to be results-focused with strong business acumen combined with analytical and structured thinking.
- Personal commitment to improving your knowledge and skills.
- Fluent in English verbal and written (must).
- Familiarity with other relevant software packages such as Articulate, Camtasia, and Lemon Learning (advantage).
- Fluent in French or German (advantage).
- TAP qualified or Microsoft Certified Trainer (advantage).
Additional Information
The Hitachi Solutions Europe office is in London but our client offices are spread throughout the UK so candidates must be willing to travel and stay away from home during the working week.
