Role Overview
This role will be supporting complex deals and will provide coordination, guidance and partnership in large bids. This role will provide financial expertise and support to ensure all relevant functions are duly engaged within the right timeframe, all approvals duly sought and documented, to ensure the deal is properly approved, supported and optimized to provide the highest win rate as well as the smoothest execution after the conclusion of the deal. This role will also conduct post-mortem reviews and will propose process improvements and share best practices with their peers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Will assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and regularly interface with key stakeholders to discuss current and upcoming deals in order to proactively manage responses from multiple internal and Partner / Supplier groups. Will manage SFDC Cases and deal trackers to support complex opportunities through the approval workflow, ensuring adherence to the process.
