Job Description

We're looking for a confident, professional and proactive Corporate Reception & Office Coordinator to become the face of our Global Headquarters in London.

This is much more than a traditional front-of-house position. As the first point of contact for visitors, customers and colleagues, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding workplace experience while supporting a wide range of office, facilities and administrative activities.

It's an especially exciting time to join us. With our Global Headquarters due to relocate to a new London office, this role offers a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and helping shape how a world-class corporate environment operates. We're looking for someone who wants to make the role their own and become a valued member of a highly visible and collaborative team.

If you're calm under pressure, naturally organised, enjoy building relationships and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.

Some Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional, welcoming and seamless front-of-house experience for all visitors and colleagues.
  • Manage visitor bookings, reception enquiries and meeting room coordination.
  • Support the day-to-day operation of the office, ensuring meeting rooms, communal spaces and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
  • Provide first-line support for office services, workplace queries and facilities-related requests.
  • Assist with site access administration, visitor passes and security processes.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing post, courier services and deliveries.
  • Support health and safety activities, including emergency procedures, inspections and first aid administration.
  • Manage office consumables and supplier orders, helping to ensure the workplace remains fully stocked and operational.
  • Produce reports and administrative information to support the Facilities and Real Estate team.
  • Contribute to workplace improvement initiatives and support the transition into our new Global Headquarters.
  • Provide wider administrative and project support to the Facilities and Real Estate & Physical Security team as required.

About You

You'll already have experience working in a professional corporate reception or front-of-house environment and understand the importance of delivering a first-class customer experience.

You'll also bring:

  • Previous corporate reception, front-of-house or workplace experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A calm, professional and approachable manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to build relationships with colleagues, visitors, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A flexible, hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider office and facilities team.
  • Experience in facilities, workplace services or real estate environments would be advantageous.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys creating a positive workplace experience, takes pride in delivering excellent service and is excited by the chance to leave your mark on a new chapter for our Global Headquarters.
