Job Description
Support ATP (Automatic Train Protection) railway signalling projects, including project coordination, schedule tracking, meeting coordination, stakeholder communication, and action follow-up.
Prepare project correspondence and formal letters to the client.
Support routine project administrative tasks such as payment applications, PR / PRE-Pr processing, meeting scheduling, approval follow-up, and seal application procedures.
Support project-related administrative activities including vendor code creation, procurement initiation follow-up, IT support coordination, team events, and business courtesies.
Skills and Knowledge
- Basic English communication and documentation skills are preferred.
- Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese communication skills.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering support, project administration, or related functions is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Willing to use English in daily project communication and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Experience in railway or metro projects will be an advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in project management.
