Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure analysis and records of project documents in bilingual (providing analysis, keeping records)
- Ensure the preparation of letters or reports for the project in bilingual
- Ensure the management of routine supportive work such as payment application, meeting arrangements, obtaining approval and processing of seal procedure
- Ensure the support of administrative work such as gatherings, team building, business courtesies, IT support, vendor and procurement initiation
Qualifications:
- Works independently with general supervision given from project director or SYL leaders and proficient in English.
