Responsibilities
- Liaise with Client, Consultant and project team for the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
- Lead monthly meetings.
- Ensure on-site work complies with local authority requirements.
- Coordinate with supplier/sub-contractor of the tender specification and quotation.
- Prepare weekly work schedules.
- Oversee and hold overall responsibility for works carried out by junior supervisors assigned under his/her care.
- Ensure that all aspects meet government regulations and standards, including safety of works, inspections and testing of equipment and machinery, training needs of staff.
- Provide timely design progress reporting to management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in ACMV Design work.
- Knowledge of Cleanroom System Design and Room Heat Load Calculation.
- Ability to create proposal design documents.
- Proficient in conducting fieldwork measurements to comprehend the site environment.
- Conversant with local codes and regulations for ACMV.
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Efficient, analytical skills and able to design work independently.
Benefits
- Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (5 days' work week).
