Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience delivering organisational change management within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing change strategies for ERP or digital transformation programmes (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
  • Experience with AI-enabled change and adoption (, Microsoft Copilot) desirable.
  • Excellent project management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Solid stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Change Management qualification (, Prosci, APMG Pracitioner) preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Results-oriented, analytical thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing advisory environment advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving client environments.

Job Description

This role will report into the Change, Adoption and Learning Senior Director and will be responsible for leading the change process and deliverables for client implementations.

The Senior Change Consultant plays a key role in ensuring the successful adoption of new systems and ways of working for our clients.

This client-facing role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, technology, job roles, and organisational structures, to drive sustainable transformation outcomes.

Working closely with client leadership, delivery teams, and our internal Change, Adoption & Learning practice, you will lead the design and delivery of change management strategies and plans that prepare, equip, and support individuals and teams through complex transformation.
