Hitachi Energy has an exciting opportunity as a Service Tendering Engineer within our Service Team based in Staffordshire. You will support the local GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) Service Tendering Manager in determining the most appropriate and cost-effective solution and assist with the preparation of tender documents, contributing and driving the overall growth of the Hitachi Energy volume by increasing our existing customer portfolio as well as creating new business opportunities.
In this key role, you will integrate into the wider Service Sales Team and other Hitachi Energy business areas developing cross business opportunities. Engaging with our key customers about their expectations of service and products. Being responsive to customer requests, you will provide clear, precise quotations to a high-quality specification whilst growing and retaining key customer relationships.
